Pixelate Disney Edition

Unleash your unlimited imagination with limited blocks in Disney Pixelate, the pixel art game from Ridley's Games!

Test your imagination and creativity by using colorful wooden blocks to create pixel art of your favorite Disney and Pixar characters. Points are awarded for great art and great guesses! But the better you do, the fewer blocks you’ll have to work with in the next round until you're hilariously trying to make the Genie's lamp with only four pixel cubes. After three rounds, the person with the most pixels on their score card wins.

Perfect for Disney and Pixar fans and fun for the whole family, it's suitable for ages 8+, 2 to 8 players, and has an average 30-minute gameplay.
 
How to Play:
The aim is to create the best pixel art of your favorite Disney and Pixar characters!

Each player takes a score card and pixel cubes (the number of cubes you get is determined by the number of players). Shuffle the three decks of picture cards and place them on the table with the timer. Decide who will be the first artist—we suggest the most artistic among you kicks things off!

Start the timer as the artist takes a Round 1 card and uses their pixel cubes to create the character or object shown—they could choose to do the whole thing or just the most recognizable part. When the time’s up or the artist is finished, it’s time for everyone to guess what has been created.

If a player guesses correctly, then the artist and the guesser each add two pixels to their score cards, which is great, but it also means fewer materials to work with on their next go.

If no one guesses correctly, the artist reads out the clue on the card for everyone to guess again. (If the clue is a quote, try mimicking the character’s voice for extra fun!) If someone gets it this time, then the artist and the guesser each add one pixel to their score cards. If no one gets it, then no one scores any points.

The player to the artist’s left then takes on the artist role, and the game continues with Rounds 2 and 3 cards until everyone has been the artist three times. The player with the most pixels on their score card wins UNLESS someone runs out of pixel cubes before three rounds are up, in which case they instantly win!
